Scott McMahon

Scott McMahon was the victim of a false accusation of rape in the Philippines.  Fortunately, there was ample evidence that Scott and his family were a 10-hour drive away from the scene of the alleged crime as it was allegedly taking place.  Unfortunately, due to extensive delays in a system that kept Scott locked up simply based on an allegation, he spent five years in prison before his innocence could be proven in court.  For more information about Scott’s case go to:
